The NHL-leading Washington Capitals (44-14-7) head to California to play the first of three games on the West Coast against the San Jose Sharks on Thursday (10:30 PM ET on CSN). The San Jose Sharks (39-19-7) will play in the third of an eight-game home stand on Thursday. Coming off of a 3-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets, the Sharks will be in tough against the Stanley Cup favourites.
