PST March Madness Contest Rules All contestants will be given a bracket URL via email of the 65 teams competing in the March Madness tournament for 2008. Then, contestants must predict the winner of every game, right up until the final championship game. The scoring system will be as follow: The First Round will have 32 matches and will be worth 3 point for each win. The Second Round will have 16 matches and will be worth 5 points for each win. The Third Round will have 8 matches and will be worth 10 points for each win. The Fourth Round will have 4 matches and will be worth 15 points for each win. The Fifth round will have 2 matches and will be worth 20 points for each win. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) or any college or university affiliated with the NCAA. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for The Phoenix SportsTicket March Madness Tournament and all of its partner sites. All winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners will have up to 14 days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification. Unless prohibited by law, winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within ten days of responding to the notification. A winner, if under 18, must have his or her parent or legal guardian sign the affidavit and release. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
